The Cabot Parks and Recreation Pool is an indoor, heated pool featuring 8 lanes, each 25 yards long. Open swim is available to the public. We provide facilities for the Cabot Piranhas Youth Swim Team and Cabot High School Swim Team, The Arkansas Dolphins Swim Team, Swim Lessons for all ages, and a therapy pool.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

  • Recertification Class: $50.00
  • Full Certification Class: $250.00

The cost of the class is $250.00 for a full certification class and $50.00 for a recertification class.  Students must pass a pre-course physical test and be at least 15 in order to take the class.  An approved CPR mask ($13) must also be purchased for the class.  Please see the registration forms below to find out more about the classes. The classes will take place at Veterans Park Community Center, Cabot Aquatic Park, and the Jacksonville Community Center.  Payment is due at the time of registration.

Open Swim

  • Monday through Thursday 4:30am – 9:00pm
  • Friday – 4:30am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday – 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Sunday – 12:00pm – 7:00pm

Cabot Piranhas Youth Swim Team

Cabot Piranhas Swim Team is a summer league swim team affiliated with the Central Arkansas Swim League (CASL).  Please visit the Cabot Piranhas Swim Team Website to sign up and read all about the team!

cost is $125.00 + $3.43 online registration fee.

Practice will start at the Aquatic Park in May once the water is up to temperature.

Swim meets start in June.

Practice will be offered Monday-Thursday each week and have a morning or evening option.

Cabot Panther High School Swim Team

The Cabot Panther High School Swim Team practices Monday-Thursday from 2-4pm and is a member of the Arkansas Activities Association for high school sports and activities.  All home swim meets and practices are held here at the community center.

3 & Over Swim Lessons Fall Registration 2018

Registration is now open at the community center during our normal operation hours.

Program Cost Information – Classes run 30 minutes each day, Monday-Thursday over the course of 2 week with eight total classes being taught.

Session 1 – 9/10-9/20

Session 2 – 9/24-10/4

Session 3 – 10/8-10/18

Session 4 – 10/22-11/2 (Oct. 31st will be made up on Friday Nov. 2nd)

Session 5 – 11/5-11/15

Each session will offer classes from 6:15-6:45pm at the Community Center.

  • Community Center Members (must hold a family 6 month or annual membership)
    • $40.00 per child per session.
  • Non-members
    • $60.00 per child per session.

2 & Under Parent Tot Fall Registration 2018

Registration is now open at the community center during our normal operation hours.
Program Cost Information – Classes run 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-6:15.  Classes are taught for 1 month at a time and start the first Tuesday in September.

  • Community Center Members (must hold a family 6 month or annual membership)
    $40.00 per child per session.
    Non-members
    $60.00 per child per session.

Indoor Pool Rentals: Minimum of 2 Hours

  • Call the office during regular business office hours Monday – Friday 8am-4pm to make your reservations.

Half Pool

  • Members: $100.00 per 2 hours
  • Non-members: $150.00 per 2 hours

To maximize your FUN rent the Obstacle Inflatable:  Additional $50.00 when renting half pool

Therapy Pool

The temperature in this pool remain between 91 to 95 degrees.  This pool is to be used for adult therapeutic reasons. Children under the age of 18 will only be allowed to use this pool during activities approved by the Aquatics Director.
