This class incorporates gentle yoga sequences to stretch and strengthen with held yoga poses to focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. Morning Yoga is appropriate for any age, shape, or size. No experience or flexibility required.
