    Splash your way to an intense full body workout that will tone your muscles and increase your cardio endurance. This is a high intensity strength and cardio class that is easy on the joints because it is held in the pool. No swimming skills required.

    Offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Aquatic fitness tools are used to develop strength, balance and coordination. No swimming ability is required.

Barre & Cycle Schedule

    July 6, 2020, 8:30 AM - 9:25 AM @ Veterans Park Community Center

    A high intensity interval training class combining cardio exercises and strength training. This 55-minute class will incorporate various methods of HIIT training for maximum calorie burn. Instructor will utilize a combination of body weight, bikes, dumbbells, resistance bands and the barre throughout class. All fitness levels welcome and low impact modifications will be shown.
