    A high intensity class both on and off the bike. This class starts with cycling, and ends with off the bike training, in the HIIT style. If you enjoy cycling but want to incorporate more variety, this is the class for you.

  2. Barre Cardio Fusion

    Elevate your heart rate to burn fat using high intensity intervals combined with strength training. This class combines barre work, cardio intervals and full body sculpting exercises using body weight, light weights and resistance bands. Core strength and flexibility are also included in this format. All fitness levels are welcome and low impact modifications will be shown.
