    The Arthritis Foundation Aquatics class is designed for those who have been diagnosed with Arthritis, or anyone that is experiencing aches and pains in their muscles and joints. This class is designed without the stress of other alternatives, such as a land exercise. The ability to swim is not required. Instructor will match routines to each individual fitness level.

Barre & Cycle Schedule

  1. Barre with Courtney

    Barre class consists of full body, core strength, and flexibility components. You will be led through a series of big movements combined with small isometric muscle work through pulsing and holds. This class is low impact but makes a big impact on your muscular endurance through squats, lunges, plies, push-ups and more! No dance experience necessary.

    A high intensity indoor cycle class that blends springs, hills, and endurance with bootcamp style intervals off the bike, designed to give you a full body cardio and strength workout in 55 minutes. The bootcamp exercises will include options for level of impact and level of intensity modifications.

    A great mix of cardio and strength. Cardio on the bike for 30-35 minutes followed by 15-20 minutes of strength training off the bike. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications are always offered so that you can make this class work with your abilities and strengths.

Chair support is offered to safely perform stretches both seated and standing. Restorative breathing exercises will be utilized to promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Floor and mat work are not practiced in this format.
