Barre & Cycle Schedule

    is a barre & interval training fusion class. We focus on the "A = Abs", "B = Barre" & "C = Cardio" with timed training sections with simple foundation moves. This is a revved-up class that will kick it up a notch from regular bootybarre class. The "ABC" flow will keep the heart rate up & there's no stopping! No shoes are required, however, if you have a leg injury, old or new, feel free to wear shoes. Equipment will be: light dumbbells, slides & a mat. Also, Wendy encourages to bring your own TheraBand/loop band & sponge ball for you safe. Please see her for more details.
