    A high intensity interval training class combining cardio exercises and strength training. This 55-minute class will incorporate various methods of HIIT training for maximum calorie burn. Instructor will utilize a combination of body weight, bikes, dumbbells, resistance bands and the barre throughout class. All fitness levels welcome and low impact modifications will be shown.

  5. Pilates Fusion

    A mind/body connection mat workout that fuses core stability moves for the total body based off of Joseph Pilates “Contrology”. Teaching mobility with the spine/core by using a sponge ball, hand weights and/or therabands w/ classic & contemporary Pilates moves. Feel the body burn, elongation of the spine, proper us of the shoulders, increase pelvic & core strength. Learn how to breath properly with the mind to muscle focus to benefit the total body and other fitness practices. Pilates is the foundation of bootybarre®.
